Is the meat you use sustainable?

Nelly's Choice dog treats are whipped up in tiny batches, using only top-tier human-grade beef, lamb and fresh veggies. They are sourced from sustainable sources where possible.

Are these treats good for my dog teeth?

All our treats are good for your dogs teeth although we recommend regular brushing alongside a good and balanced diet.

How are the treats made?

All of our products are crafted in small batches with minimal processing. Our ingredients are combined together and cooked to 90 degrees before drying for at least 16 hours. Once all the moisture has been removed they are carefully sliced and packed by hand.

What is air dried?

Air dried is the process of removing the majority of moisture from the food by drying at low temperatures over a prolonged period of time. Unlike other methods of dog treat manufacturing such as extrusion, (cooking at high temperatures) air drying preserves the food whilst maintaining palatability and a high nutrient value.

Are the treats Grain free?

Yes! Our recipes are Grain-free. Grain-free means without wheat, oats, barley, rice, cereals and corn.

Where are the treats manufactured?

Our treats are manufactured at our own facility in north-west London with an approved HACCAP plan and quality control guidelines.

All of our finished products are routinely tested to clear salmonella and Enterobacteriaceae to ensure the highest possible standard of product is delivered.

Are the pouches recycleable?

Absolutely! We are proud to say that all of our pouches are completely recyclable.

Are the treats human Grade?

Our Treats are made with 100% human grade ingredients. Although these may smell delicious, they are not produced specifically for human consumption and we do not advise you eat them.
